Mont Tremblant is home to Sophie and Gatean, two incredible people who run a dogsled refuge with 250 dogs, half of them rescued. The 1 hour trail through the snow prairie and the forest are only part of the experience. The animals are their passion and seeing what these persons do to give them a shelter and lots of love is impressive. Dogs work 3 to 4 months per year and play the rest of the time. In order to feed them and pay for their veterinarian care during the off season, Gaetan works road construction. In this jpurney you can drive your own sled.
